iPod Question: wmv to iPod

How do I get a .wmv file to play on my 5G 30GB Video iPod?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Convert it to another format, I presume. I'm guessing only .mp4s and .movs would work on the video iPod, but there is a very good chance that I am wrong.
