What is a really good music remixing program, Garageband is horrible for that and Acid is only for Windows. I'm not looking for Final Scratch (I still want it for DJing), I want something to mess up the original song and add some new tracks to it.

All the usual suspects: Logic Express, Ableton Live, Propellerheads Reason, Mackie Tracktion... and at the higher end: Logic Pro, Cubase, Digital Performer, Pro Tools, etc.

This is more of the DJ side of what you were looking for.

I use Ableton Live 5. I love it. The demo is worth trying out, beware it's a lot easier to get to grips with if you read the manual (it's well written) and do the included tutorials.

For remixing on the Mac, Ableton Live is the way to go. There are some tutorials included with the demo. You should also watch the Live 3 quickstart video located on this page (http://www.ableton.com/index/tutorials). It will give you a good overview of Live's basics, even though many features have been added since version 3. Live 5.2 is a Universal Binary.

Also worth noting, Live 6 is due to be released sometime this summer. Check the forums on Ableton's site for more info.
