Need Word X/Printing Help!

Hi everyone. I have yet another problem with my printer. HP 932C. I use Microsoft Office X. In Word X, the printed documents look nothing like the documents on my screen. When I print the documents, the text in the header appears about 2 millimeters below the start of the page. Then there's a big gap at the bottom of the page. It seems like it ignores my top and bottom margins or something. Any ideas? I have the latest driver for my printer.

Have you tried installing the updates for Microsoft Office yet?

Yes. I did that when I got the computer. Nothing has printed correctly yet. I'm waiting on an email from Microsoft.

I noticed that my printer will mess up the formatting when printing on draft mode, but I doubt you are doing that.

It does it regardless of what mode it's in.
