I work in the music industry as a graphic designer. I will be out of the state next week but I will need to instruct my design team on what to create and overlook their work.

What I need is either:

a) 1 software that will do all of the following
b) Different software that will do all of the following but work together well (not lag the machines harshly)

And what I need is:

1. The ability to see AND hear my team
2. The abiilty for my team to see AND hear me.
3. The ability for me to remotely view their desktop in as-close-to-real-time as possible with no color loss (is that possible?)

Any ideas?

Thanks!

lol if a mac doesn't have the ability to remote desktop efficiently, then I can confidently say windows has won the war.

That's one thing you definitely should NOT say around here... but seriously, check out Apple Remote Desktop. As for video conferencing, iChat AV should do just fine.

Or why not install security camera at your building and/or have someone to watch over them (your wife, or whoever you trust the most). That would help too!

All of your problems can be solved with the two, ironically Apple-branded products, listed above (iChat, Remote Desktop).

There is also a lot of VNC clients and servers for Macintosh.

If you don't need to control their desktops, don't waste your money on remote desktop.

Just use Spy (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/18032)

Have them install it on their computers, and then you can just pull up the websites with live/refreshing screenshots of their desktops in lossless PNG format. :)
