Deleted menubar icons - can't get them back. Any ideas?

I was trying to reorder my menu bar but have accidentally removed my bluetooth and volume controls. Have since learned I can't move them the other side of third party icons. So how can I get them back! 🙁
 
Go into the System Preferences panes for Bluetooth and Sound – you'll see checkboxes to display the icons in the menu bar.
