Could any of you point me into the direction of some software in order to place video on my recent purchase of a 5G iPod Video that I just received today. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could offer me software that is specifically for Windows and can convert videos that I already have that are .avi files and .mpg files to whatever is necessary in order to be playable on my iPod and then use the set up to integrate it to playback on my television screen, place the video onto the iPod with certain, easy-to-use iPod software that you may use because of the ease of use and software being specifically preferable to you guys as the only equipment you use for such actions, and offer me software that can take and rip, onto my iPod, certain DVD movies that I own and/or DVD movies downloaded from torrent websites. Since obtaining this iPod, I've realized just how great this thing truly is. It's a complete library of media that can be toted around, with an almost archival amount of your favorite music and movies/television shows, in such a tiny and eye-candy-esque package that you can walk around with thousands of songs to listen to and then dozens of movies and shows to carry around with you to easily watch using the right equipment to put it onto your television set. I've owned every generation of iPod and will continue to do so as it just gets better each and every time. If anyone could help me, please do so as I am begging you for whatever possible information touched on earlier that I'd like and if any of you could provide. I'd really like to utilize the potential of my recent purchase because I'm just so infatuated with this little device.
