whoa, Garageband loops!
absolutely love the art direction there.
actually... that song sounds awfully similar to my Silly Smooth Way (http://satansam.co.uk/music/sillysmoothway.mp3). I used the garageband samples. but it sounds like they've actually taken and sampled part of my song... or they just put the exact same loops together, and in the same order. using the exact same distortion effects to totally change one loop completely. WTF! it was used in The New Satan Sam. have they played it?!
anyways. looks great.

I'll let you in on a little secret...
Garageband is for n00bs. Thus, they have songs pre-made, and then cut up. Basically, certain loops (there is a big difference between 'loops' and 'samples') naturally go together. As such, the odds of two (hell, more like two hundred) people making the same song is very likely.
If you want your songs to be remotely original, you have to write them yourself. Note-for-note.
Live by this mantra: 'Loops are for n00bs' - and you'll be alright.

However, you could make your own loops, and still be original. :)

Yes, that is true.
Basically, I'm just against the 'copy & paste music' craze that seems to have made people think they're musicians because they can arrange pre-made songs.
It's a good way to learn the structure of a song - but beyond that...

that's the thing, the backing was my own ;)
but if you phailed to read my original post I mentioned the sample I used was massively changed, hell even reversed with an echo getting louder. i'm trying to find it now to show the butchered audio file.
possibilities of someone using same samples - high. possibility of someone using the same samples, in the same order, with the same backing and drums, with the same highly altered loop - you tell me.

Ha-ha! Just what the world needs, another androgynous hero brought to us by the anime crowd. Cool video though. Expected bad dubbage.

The graphics look like a definite step up from the footage I've seen of Killer7... the characters seem kind of cheesy though. Hopefully those were just temporary overdubs and not the real voice actors.

Looks alright but that Dante looking fella seem really corny.

Not my cup of tea. Won't even be picking up the box to read the game description when it comes out.
