system preferences question/problem

I installed a program called synergy which allows you to control iTunes from the menubar. It added an option in the system preferences. I removed all traces of synergy but cannot get rid of the option in the system preferences. How can I remove this pane?

Take a look in /Library/PreferencePanes and see if there is a .prefPane file their relating to "Synergy". If there is, trash it! 🙂

Why did you get rid of it? Is the program cool? Did it work well?
