From the Mighty Mouse page at Apple:

"Time is round. Space is curved. Why should your mouse be linear?"

From lyrics to Queen Elvis by Brit surrealist folk-rock musician Robyn Hitchcock:

People get what they deserve
Time is round and space is curved
Honey, have you got the nerve
To be Queen Elvis?

Both feature the near identical 'Time is round and space is curved'. Coincidence?

Of course, Einstein could lay claim to having thought of the inspiration for this catch-phrase first. Maybe Apple and Hitchcock both read the same Einstein monographs.

But it is one of my favorites of his. Clean Steve is a mineral man!

It's brilliant; some of his best lyrics ever.

"One Long Pair of Eyes"...? Brilliant!

"Autumn Sea"...? Brilliant!

"I know who wrote the book of love/it was an idiot/it was a fool/it was a slobbering fool with a speech defect and a shaking hand/and he wrote my name/next to yours/but it should have been David Byrne or somebody..."

I'm more of a Hitchcock nerd than you because I know that you're referring to 'Queen Elvis' the album- whereas I'm referring to 'Queen Elvis' the song, which is off the album 'Eye'.

But yes, the songs you mention are classics. Have you tried dl'ing the legal! bootlegs off of the internet archive?
