Hey, this is a long shot, but I thought I'd toss it out there, just in case. Would anyone want to trade their stock blackbook for my white macbook?
It's a 2.0GHz, superdrive, with 1.25gb RAM (the extra RAM module is from OWC). I figured we could both keep our HDs, so you wouldn't lose the extra space.
It's a week 26 with no problems at all (no moo, whine, random shut downs, etc) - it has the discoloration, which I am going to have taken care of this weekend, so it'll be shipped out with a brand new top cover and completely problem-free.
Applecare started on July 6 of this year, and the battery only has 9 load-cycles. Also, I have all the original packaging, accessories, disks, etc (as I'd want in return, of course).
I figure, without the extra HD space, the black MB is $150 more than the white. My RAM upgrade was $112 ($100 for niceties sake), so perhaps I could add $50 in addition to the trade to even it out? If you have another amount in mind money-wise, let me know that too.
