From Mac to Windows Xp there is the Remote Desktop program by Microsoft and setup the Windows computer to allow Remote Desktop connections. http://www.microsoft.com/mac/otherproducts/otherproducts.aspx?pid=remotedesktopclient Windows to Mac you need to setup the Mac to allow VNC connections, then you can use a program on the Windows Xp computer like this one. http://www.tightvnc.com/
