DVD created in iDVD has no sound

This is too wierd, The menu of my iDVD created DVD has sound, but the rest of the video has lost sound entirely. In iMovie the sound is there... even when I test it in iDVD the sound is there. What happened that would have muted the sound on my DVD?

I've used my Powerbook G4, and my Windows PC... both with the same result. Oh... and I am using iLife '06 by the way.

I did find that my AUDIO_TS folder on the DVD has nothing in it.

Then, I looked at a DVD I created using iDVD'04 and there is also nothing in the AUDIO_TS folder, but it still has audio in the video.

Hmmmmm.
