problems with ebay

i am trying to sell an item on ebay, and i am getting so frustrated because, TWICE, i have tried to be scammed by the same person,(different account) trying to not pay and get me to ship to Nigeria. anyone had similar problems? :mad: :mad: :mad:

yah, i didn't but it just makes it frustrating that i have to wait for a week to get the listing fees refunded and have to keep reposting it

very true. Also, if they type like an entire paragraph for a question, its usually a fake sob story. Never believe them.

is there anything you can do to just say,(even if they have won the item), no i will not accept anything from this user
