Filemaker 7 question

A publicist sent us a mailing list in fp7 format; trouble is, we run Filemaker 5.5. Is there any way to convert it to 5.5 or, barring that, to convert it to tab-separated text?
 
your best bet is to get a trial copy of filemaker 8 form filemakesr website. use that to export a tab seperated text file and important into filemaker 5.

or if you want you can send me the files and i'll do it for you.
