iWeb on a G3?

Is it possible to get iWeb running on a G3? As soon as I try to install it, it gives me a message along the lines of "This software cannot be installed on this computer. Please check that your system meets the requirements."

I've attempted to navigate to the iWeb.mpkg and install from there, but that fails too, telling me to use the iLife installer. Is there a way to trick this into working, or will iWeb simply not work on a G3?

On the other hand, I'm completely baffled as to how I didn't find that page myself, it's Google's first hit for "iweb g3"!
