2.5 GB Ram, 250 GB HD, superdrive, Apple Pro Mouse Keyboard, Tiger and so on..... This machine is pristine and has been in a smoke and dust free studio.

you guest it. Don't get me wrong. This machine is still just as capable as it was on sunday night before the MAC PROS came out. I just need the fastest machine possible for HD Editing

so? of course people spending so much time on a mac forum are going to be inclined to wanting the latest and greatest... it's kind of an obvious.. :rolleyes:

it's just too bad that the Mac Pros came in at such a low price.. pre-WWDC, 2500 for a quad would have been an excellent price, but now it's a tough sell..which is a shame, because they're still amazing machines.. it's like the powerbook plague. ;)
