WTB: 12" iBook/Powerbook

My father in law is about to throw his Inspiron against the wall (understandably). I'm far away so its hard to always troubleshoot over the phone. So... I told him not to go to Worst Buy, that I'd find him a Mac. So...

I need a 12" iBook/Powerbook (G4 only) for as close to $400 as possible. Must have wifi and be in decent condition.

I know you wanted a g4, but a maxed out pismo with a wireless card will run about $250 - and run OS 10.4. I can tell you from experience that, unless you're doing heavy graphics or movie editing, it is the cat's meow. Somebody just had one here or on macnn for about that price.
