Can I change resolution of a pic with iPhoto?

You can specify a resolution at Export, but I don't think you can do it otherwise.
 
Yeh emw's right. Command-Shift-E and then there is a box where you can put in the dimensions.
You then have to export it to somewhere in the finder, not iPhoto itself.
