No, he didn't pirate it. Maybe he got one of those preview copies from WWDC.

I was getting a little ansy, so I called up my Sales Rep for ADC at Apple, and I was told that the Leopard Pre-Release should be posted to connect.apple.com for Select members by Monday, August 21, 2006.*
So, all we have to do is wait 5 days, and us devs that did not get to WWDC will be able to try it out for ourselves... legitimately.

At WWDC, everyone to receive a preview was told not to post screenshots.
But, um, were you at WWDC?

These are actual screenshots, and if he went to WWDC, he's in trouble, these pics are not to be posted. No WWDC member is supposed to post pics of the new OS.
EDIT: and if its pirated, he's in double trouble

Yah, I'm sure Appe wouldn't care that much though. I mean all this person is showing us are things that they they told/showed us at WWDC.

you'd be surprised. a legal contract is a legal contract. no matter what, this guy has broken either one or two (probably two) legal contracts.

Legalities aside, do my eyes deceive me, or is that Safari without the brushed metal interface?

Awww  I thought I had missed an announcement about Apple finally retiring the brushed metal. Thanks for clearing that up.

You're right, start the rumor, Apple is getting rid of brushed metal. What would they go to for a textured window then? Let's see, you can already, and have been for quite some time, been able to make windows transparent... how about... geeze... a smooth chrome

the classic pp does not appear unless you have an OS 9 system folder on the HD and designated for use as the classic system.........
