Learning Flash

I want to make a website using flash. Is there any guides I could start with? I want to make a rollover sidebar to click on the links would that be complicated?

Bunch of tutorials there - That's where I started. Plus he gives the 'finished product' at the end of the tutorial for download, so you can play around with it and dissect it.
