I have two audio clips extracted from a video. I want to splice them, but have not found a way to do this in imovie. I need the audio clips to be one file in order to use them in a slideshow created by iphoto. Can I do this with imovie or is there some other application that could do it for me?

How about GarageBand?

You could do it w/QT Pro. Or you could try burning the 2 audio files to CD then import them into iTunes w/the "join tracks" option selected.
