I have a video file a .bin and a .cue file. It is ment to burn to a vcd....but i only have dvds...Toast 7 Titanium says taht I can't burn it to a dvd....how would I go about extracting the mpeg1 fiel to use in a dvd....and please dont tell me....go out and buy a cd...
