Hello,
Basically I have been renting a business property for about 10 years, and have now moved out. The landlord sent me a £10k bill for repairs, and I managed to get it down to just over £2k. Within the bill there is a charge for £1k of management fees which was for her sending her management company to the property and checking to see what repairs have to be done. I was just wondering if there was anyone in the rental or legal field who can tell me if I should have to pay the management fees or should the landlord?
