A little confused about palm and apple

I am anxiously awaiting my first mac. I have an old sony peg-s300 PDA and am not sure how to sync with mac. So far my plan is to download the new palm desktop. I really need the memo to sync with the computer. Other then that what do I need so the computer and PDA can talk to eachother? Is there something besides palm desktop maybe? Thanks,

Yes, it's a program called The Missing Sync ... makes it very easy to link up a Clie with a Mac (and even use iSync.)

My PDA is the only one on the list NOT supported. That's ok. It was the very first sony pda released in the US. Thanks for trying I think I may just get a palm zire.
