As much as I love that Pink model, I'm pretty happy with my white DS Lite. :)

In fairness to Nintendo, I'm sure it will sell well :) just not to us, wrong demographic. There is a pink PSP coming out soon too - though i think the psp is more of a lads machine, so dont imagine it will sell as good.

heh, I'll take that as a compliment :) it's a photoshop job. Been messing around with a design for the past few hours. just finished what I think might be the final design now.

How would I do something like this? I take it from you guys I'd have to etch this... how? :o I'll practice on an old eMac first :D

You could play safe and print a light grey on a A4 sticky transparent laminate sheet, cut it out and see how it looks. I've seen viking have this paper some stage. It's expensive for a pack of 20 sheets, but better than physically etching and reduces risk considerably.

This is a good idea, it's more of a colorform so you don't damage the machine. Otherwise you would need to get one of those etching machines like apple uses for their ipods.

Or you can get destructive and use a soldering iron to melt the image into the plastic :p

I am gonna sell my ds lite for the black, but I could just wait until a special edition comes out cause colors arent that cool.
