download complete websites?

i need some browser/plugin/tool that does the following

open a website, e.g. www.site.com,
save that,
and save all other files that are linked from www.site.com that have
www.site.com in the url, i.e. no external links
(if possible recursive, to download sites that are linkedon a linked page.. got that? i hope...)



any ideas?
 
i always wanted to have an offline version of Apple.com but after you work out all them pages and quicktime movies plus the download section well you just filled a few TB's worth of HDD

what website did you have in mind BTW
