#6 is pretty damn slick.
The problem with those setups (some of them, anyway) is that the displays are too high up... they're not very ergonomic.

If I had an ACD, I would recreate that one setup from I, Robot. The one at Alfred Lanning's home. I thought that was pretty stylish. I'll post a picture later maybe.

#2 looks very 'cold'.
#3's nutz..
#6's warm and the closest to my own setup... though a lot cleaner. :)

#3 looks great with that ACD in the wall, although there is a tad to much metal in their diet
#6 has to be me favourite, hide a few of the cables and it would be amazing

Yes, maybe technically better, but not sweeter looking. That is what this thread is about. "Sweet Apple set-ups".;)

ditto..that is fantastic! i'm beginning to love glass desks..especially those without a background underneath support. without those supports, it's easy to get a cabling. of course, the monitors and stuff make this person look like they know what they're doing (and having fun at it! :)

I like #1 because it's simple, and I like simple, but it's far from the best setup I've seen. I work with a guy, and he's got the best setup in terms of matching coolness with simplicity.

don't you just hate it when people have more money than you? :p
I still wanna see someone with 4 30" displays hooked up to their Mac Pro/PowerMac in a 2 by 2 config to make a 60" display.
Or 8 23" displays on one MP/PM

Really nice setups. Anyone know what brand the speakers are in 4? I've seen them around before and I reckon they look reallly funky....

How would you put them on top of eachother to actually create a 16 mpx 60" display? But sweet idea....;)

wall mount them
oooh, right:D
That would be:
MacPro with 2 7300 GT's and a Quadro/X1900, plus 4 30" ACD's.;) Around $12k.

Yeah but they all have wireless apple mice. I know these are supposed to be sick "apple" setups, but nothing is sick to me when you have one or 2 buttons.
i wish there were some more wall-mounted solutions to. I'd really like to see an imac wall-mounted, e.g.
where's the blue light coming from in #6?

Seeing a nice collection of 7 sweet setups like this makes me want a new setup myself....damn apple systems always selling themselves off of looks alone. Well I guess it also helps that I have a decent amount of money awaiting a new system. :D
