Does somebody know whether the iSight camera works with Yahoo Messenger.

Yep, no problems using iSight with Yahoo Beta IM on my MacBook Pro. 🙂

Just to develop this thread a bit if that's ok....

Can you voice chat aswell?

Does IM work ok with MSN?

I heard that in the final version we can expect video (inc voice) chat to work with MSN?
