Well - I think there is a good possibility that Apple will release the Merom based 15" MBP (whenever - but soon) AND a corresponding Merom based 17" MBP at the same time.

We may know in 10 days.

I had not seen the 17" projection - thus a really independent projection :D

I think that goes unsaid. Why would Apple put merom in the 15" MBP and leave the 17" behind? :confused: :rolleyes:

A while back apple only UGed the 15" followed by the 17" and only later the 12"!:eek:
