Help with GIMPshop!?

I tried installing GIMPshop 2.2.11 and i keep getting an error message that says i need to install X11. How does one go about installing X11?
 
Look in the Utilities folder in the Application folder, if it's not in there you'll need to get it off your DVD. The exact instructions are given. Look for X11.
