Dimming of screen ARGH turn it off! help

After about 30 seconds of none usage my screen dims a little, its probably trying to save power but is annoying when I'm trying to read a long article or blog lol, how can i turn this off i cant seem to find it in the system preferences.

It is in the system pref's under energy saver, click on options and then unchech "automatically reduce brightness" 😀
