Georgia little league team just won the World Series!

Yep, the Georgia team from north Columbus won the national championship on Saturday, and they just beat Japan 2-1!

I'll get a link later, it's not online yet.
Or someone else can find one.

Makes me proud, I live in Columbus!

Yellow Jacket, Class of '05. But I'm not a big "in-your-face" sports person. I'll be happy for my team when they win, but only sometimes will I take the chance to bash U(sic)GA. 🙂

But that's pretty cool that the GA team won.

I graduated from Auburn in 1992, and then from Tech in 1993. But I was born in Athens. So it all just sort-of cancels out for me. 😀
