the 'power' touch button on the lower right front corner my cinema display (the striped version, not the current one) blinks.
it's like blink-blink-bliiiiink-off------------------------blink-blink-bliiiiink-off-----------
anyone has any idea on what it is trying to tell me?

Different types of blinking indicates different issues, but the specific blinking that indicates a backlight inverter issue is two short pulses followed by one long pulse or an.
