MacBook Pro Case

I have a problem with my MacBook Pro case. Down on the right palm rest when I put my hand down it makes a popping/cracking sound :( Do I need to send it back?

I'd contact AppleCare. I doubt it is supposed to make that noise. Probably not anything that affects the performance of the machine but when you drop that kind of money on a machine like that you deserve something that doesn't creak.
