I don't know if debtor's prison exists, but I'm headed for it. So, sale! Here are a bunch of random things I have for sale, including some Apple and mac hardware and such. Some of this stuff will be going on ebay, I will delete as it does. Also, this incorporates the items from my vintage mac thread, so please don't respond to that thread anymore...

Pictures available if desired--REQUESTED PICS are available at http://www.greyday.net/sale , it's my work's server so please don't spam the email addresses or anything. Local preferred but not necessary, though I will have to charge actual shipping unless otherwise noted.

512mb PC2100U G4 ibook RAM

This was pulled from a working ibook (replaced with a 1g stick). Tested recently, works fine. Check MacTracker for compatibility, I just know it worked in a 14" G4 ibook. $45 shipped obo.

12" G3 ibook lower casing

Lower casing from a G3 12" ibook 700mHz. Interior lower included (trackpad intact but rather smoothed from use). No keyboard available, sorry. Condition is good, a little bit of scratching on edges from removal. This is still functional, the guts of the ibook and top were removed for a modding project.

Compaq Presario battery

Works and holds charge. For slightly older Presarios; battery is series CM2041B (so check for compatibility). $20 shipped.

Best Data cable Modem

Worked two years ago when I last had cable. $20 shipped.

Gadgetlabs Wave 8/24

8 channel professional digital recording rig, drivers and community support available for most Windows (I think up to XP) and up to OS9 (no OSX support that I know of). Works with Logic and Cubase for sure, definitely doesn't with ProTools (for tracking, the files can be used anywhere, of course). Includes 8 channel in/out rack (with Midi i/o and 2 three prong mic i/o), PCI card, and cables/plug. Make offer.

Pinnacle Studio A/V aduio capture card

For real time video capture and preview, has analog, s-video, and firewire i/o. Includes manual, software, and card. Version 9, can be updated through Pinacle's website. As far as I know there is no Macintosh support, but might be some open-source driver somewhere for Linux/OSX, I never bothered looking. Comes with original box. $45 shipped USPS (more if wanting UPS or FedEx).

Playstation 2 DVD remote

Included is remote, sensor, and install disc. Requires PS2 memory card with enough room for install. $15 shipped obo.

2X512mb sticks of PC2700 RAM

Two sticks of 512mb kingston 333mHz RAM that work in the above tower. RAM is PC2700. This will almost definitely NOT work in a Mac. $30/stick shipped or the pair for $50.

Ashton Digital AirDash USB wireless

Model WN220, WRUB-2011i if you want more info. Not Mac drivers that I was able to find, but there are Linux and Windows drivers (disk with windows driver included). $15 shipped.

Apple //c

Comes with: Computer, original //c monitor (works but one of the tightening pegs is missing I think), comp/monitor dust cover (with the Dead Kennedies logo drawn on it), Apple Scribe printer, cables, TONS of software including Copy //+, Manhunter NY, King's Quest III, King's Quest IV, Ultima II, Ultima V, Space Quest II, Police Quest, Neuromancer, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Zork I, Zork II, Zork III, Leather Goddesses of Phobos, Wasteland, and others (those listed are in original packaging with most, if not all, materials included). Original Apple //c disks and manuals also included, as is a joystick and mouse. Tested with several pieces of software, all ran well; there is a bunch of random disks, a disk cutter (to make single sided floppies double sided), Appleworks, and some more games without documentation. Make offer.

Macintosh 512k

Includes original system disks and some manuals/documentation, Imagewriter printer, cables, a small box power setup with buttons for specific peripherals, external floppy drive, mouse, keyboard, numerical keyboard, and various software. The floppy on the computer and peripheral require a paperclip to change disks, though some machine grease would likely sort that. Extra drive is rad because you can leave the boot disc in it and run apps from the main (or vice versa). Includes Jazz, an "office"-esque app for the original mac, and Transylvania, an RPG (might not work). Make offer.

Powerbook 145

Comes with power supply, upgraded to 300mb HD, Stylewriter 1200 "portable" printer, spare battery (both batteries are untested, likely won't hold much of a charge considering age). Running system 7.1.1 and includes any apps currently on it (Clarisworks, Risk 2.4, Zork I, Gunshy, Norton Utilities. Works. Make offer.

Video games (by system, some have manuals--make offers for whatever you want):

All look like crap but play well. Will sell as bundle with a segmented storage rack (small, four pieces that hold four games each): Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Laser Blast, Q-Bert, Demons to Diamonds, Adventure, Donkey Kong, Freeway, Circus Atari (may still have controllers for this), Space War, Frogger, Combat, Star Wars: Jedi Arena, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, Basketball, Space Invaders, Casino, one other I can't remember and I left at home. Make offer.

All video games will slowly be listed on ebay, but you've got a few days...

Optical drives:

G3 ibook--CD-ROM drive, sold as is (can't test so might have issues)--$10 shipped
Stock G3 b/w tower Zip drive--never worked for me, but could work I guess. $6 shipped

G4 Sawtooth stock dvd/cd-rom drive--works $15 shipped
Sony 52X CD-ROM--Works $20

That's it for now. I know, very very random list. I'll add to it periodically; please reply in thread where possible and if you don't hear back from me then PM (and please do NOT reply "PM sent"), as I usually forget to check PMs...

I'm interested in a few SNES games or even the entire bundle. Any idea on a general range of price you're hoping for?

I did some quick ebay checking and basically took the average price (but included shipping). If you want to buy them all (or a bunch of them), look over the prices and PM me an offer. ;)

EDIT: I also apparently misspelled Japanese. And also missed that you want SNES. I'll update that in a few minutes.

I'm interested in the PC.

Can you send me some internal and external pics and how much it would be shipped to 78410? (cartman505@msn.com) (don't need the Vid card though)

I'm also interested in the PC3200 Ram.

(and no, debtors prison doesn't exist, but the bank will seize any belongings you have until the debt is paid off. Just an FYI

I'll take the South Park Volume 4 and possibly the 512k, but I'm not sure yet. I will let you know soon

Hi Corey! I set up a rather ugly page for pics on my work's server:

http://www.greyday.net/sale/

I'll add pics as people request them, so that way they are in one place. Also pictured (I forgot to mention) is the added rear exhaust fan (under the Graphics card) and the added intake vent fan in the front. We used it to shoot a machinima video, so we needed extra cooling. Also, currently all three RAM sticks are installed, and the hard drive is currently pulled and being blanked by the G3 in the background...

As for shipping, I honestly have no idea how to figure that out, but I'll charge whatever it costs for whatever method you want. I would guess that, based on UPS (who I would prefer not to use, they suck), it would be somewhere around $20-30.

Cool, just let me know! The 512k will be a killer in shipping, just to warn you (unless you are local [Portland, OR area], in which case you can just come by and pick it up).

i'd prefer to use USPS, since they're more reliable and cheaper, but whatever's more convenient to you.. LOL

PC looks nice BTW, I know you have debt and everything, but seeing as how I'm also short on cash, how does 125 shipped sound? If it's too low, tell me and I can get more, but this will be a quicker sale to just go that route. And also, do you take Paypal or can I send a MO?

Do you have an approximate weight of the 512k and included items? I'm pretty sure that ImageWriter weighs a ton.

I prefer USPS too. Plus the more people ship USPS, the less often postage goes up (true fact, I help by ALWAYS loading up pre-paid envelopes, like in credit card apps, with cardboard so the companies have to pay the post office for their garbage).

Hmm... I could definitely do the tower without the graphics card, added rear fan, and RAM for $125 shipped. Otherwise let me think about it, because I know I can make up some of the difference on that one stick of RAM (sorry to be cheap, but I'm obviously poor as well ;) ) but I might be up for it if I get more desparate...

The imagewriter does weigh a bit. MacTracker lists the 512k as 16.5 lbs, but it feels heavier than that (I move boxes around all day, and it isn't light to me). The printer feels about as heavy, so if I had to make a (VERY) rough guess, I'd say between 35-45lbs is the lot. It could be lower or higher, but if MacTracker is right, then that is the range.

Well I don't get paid until friday, so I guess you got about 1-2 days to think on it. Send me a pm reminding me to cash my checks also :). LMK

Meh, no flames, it's all just personal preference. Like I prefer having reliable, working machines. ;)

If you don't hear from me by Saturday, drop me a PM.

Ok, it'll be added to the top if the tower gets sold without it. Just to be clear, it probably does need to be flashed. It may work, but without an OS I really have no way to test it...

No, that would be season four, and likely contains more than four episodes.

Tower sold (sorry for those asking about it) and some of the games were removed and moved over to ebay. Ibook RAM and battery added.
