Fancy way of selling on the boards outside the marketplace ;)

I'd say you could probably get a good $500 for it if just the LCD is cracked.

could I suggest instead of selling this, what about just getting a monitor and using it as a desktop computer? You could get a great display for not too much dough, and still have a good computer.

/has a 667 DVI powerbook and still think it's worth every penny I paid.

Not selling

I am not selling this powerbook. =) Just thinking about buying it from a friend and I offered $225 for it all. Good deal to buy?

No way, it's probably at best $400. These 1Ghz Tibooks sell for a max of $600 online now. A few months ago they were at 900-1K.... a cracked LCD will definitely drop it really low. Besides the fact that 512 ram isn't so great on a G4 machine. If you had 2x512, then it would rack up the big bucks.
