I have a white 2.0 macbook with 1gb of ram. When I try to burn video clips that I downloaded from the net It takes hours and hours to go through and then near the end I get sense key=medium error 0x73,0x04. I also get a message that says toast had to close and it was an apple problem. I forgot to write down the error code. I went to the store and bought every different type of dvd I could buy. I have maxell and memorex dvd-r,+r,+rw etc. it still won't work. When I go to the windows side of my macbook the same content burns in about 3 minutes. I tried everything so far. I even did a disk repair and deleted and reinstalled toast(even used newest version7.1). SHOULD I JUST REINSTALL THE OS? Will I have to reinstall windows also? Right now I'm trying to burn 4/15 minutes labrats shows to a dvd=rw, its taking 15 minutes just to load each show. Also, I have tried every different setting for the burn and speed etc. burning cds works fine.
