Another iWeb problem

i've been experiencing some unusual problems in iWeb, and couldn't find anything like this in any searches......

i can make changes to a page, delete text, move a photo, whatever, and the 'Publish' button in the lower left doesn't register that i've changed anything. and even weirder, i can't 'undo' anything because the software thinks nothing's changed. what's going on?

i'm on my Core Duo. iWeb 1.1.1
