I purchased a PEBL from someone on Craigslist a couple weeks ago and wanted to see what I could fetch. These normally go ~$130 + shipping and higher on eBay.
It is an unlocked / unbranded black PEBL with AC charger / documentation / CDs.
Long story shortened, when I got it, he didn't include a battery and when I finally was able to test it out, it acted really flaky. It would freeze / shut down when closed. I flashed it with the latest firmware -- :: crossing fingers :: -- and all seems [i[mostly[/i] fine. The only small problem now is that it shuts off some nights ( need to turn it on in the morning ) -- Happened 2 out of 3 nights. This makes a morning alarm pretty worthless. Othewise, it works just fine. While I could deal with this small annoyance, I don't feel like it after all of this frustration of getting it to this point. The seller doesn't feel like responding to me and so it doesn't look like I'll get my $$$ back easily. [violent language] Plus, I'd rather not lose $$$ to for shipping to someone that I ended fixing a flaky phone that they sold me...Seems stupid.
The battery has only been charged about four times ( essentially new ).
I can post photos later.

Any offers? I'd let it go without argument ( Buy It Now ) for $125 shipped / insured to 48 US
Last note: It's a Greek retail purchase and I tried to get warranty service but they will only honor the warranty in the original country of purchase ( Greece ). FYI.
