apple store online chat??

i used the online chat service at the apple store a while ago to get advice about some connectors for my older models, but i cannot find the same page anymore.

the only online page i can find now is the tech agent one @

does anyone know the normal apple store address?

I have seen services like this on other sites, and I think that the link to chat is only there when someone at Apple is there to chat with you. So maybe there are hours when they aren't set up to chat?
