...can anyone tell me the name of this Retro face, I want to use it in a mag I'm Art Directing!

The best I could find is some version of Bodoni.

Onyx at maybe 110% width would be really really close.

But it really does look like Bodoni Compressed.

...but everyone has their opinion, and if Vectorman thinks its soooo bad, lets see some of his type design.! And I will gladly show some of mine.

otherwise, Bodoni seems the closest but not exactly.
