cto's with ati cards are estimated at 2-4 bus days.
my order still shows a est ship of oct 5!!!
would it be reasonable to say i can cancel the old order and place
a new order with the updated 2-4 bus day shipping?
i called apple but the guy sounded so confused.
he was trying to tell me since it's cto the timeframe changes.
i told him i knew that and the estimated shipping reflected the cto options.
then he went on a tangent about not shipping from cali and this will be done overseas. not sure what he was getting at but i do know the top right corner said 2-4 days.

Son of a gun... the X1900 option is down to 2-4 days now, been at 2-4 weeks for awhile.

That's great news!!!!! If the upgrade is down to 2-4 days, our order will most likely ship soon (in less than 2-4 business days) even if it's showing a one month shipping date. Mine is still showing a October 3 shipping date but with that, I'm pretty sure it will ship soon.

Mine still says shipped by 9/18, but I'm solidly in the positive thinking camp.
crosses fingers, squeezes eyes shut, clicks heels together for "no-place-like-home" effect

Mines still stuck on the 19th... beginning to wonder if it will ever ship. Maybe Apple lost a bunch of orders accidently into some black hole, they've completely forgotten us.... That or they forgot we're all trying to GIVE them money, we're not trying to scam it out of them or something.... :D

I called about the change in estimated shipping from 3-4 weeks to 3-5 business days, and was told that the Pros are on backorder, and that's why it said 3-4 weeks. I told her that I could see that if it originally said 3-5 days and now said 3-4 weeks, but the opposite is true. She seemed to get a little flustered at that, and said she specifically asked (she did put me on hold for a short time) and was told they are on backorder.
So.....I do know that customer service folks are often the very last to find out when things change. The backorder on the X1900 may now be over, and we all may be happy within a week or so :-)

Yeah right now, the best I can get out of them is the 13th, so hopefully that will hold true and I'll have it Thursday.

Yeah and the best I can get out of them for mine is October 3. I hope that won't turn out to be true if someone ordering today will have it in 2-4 days! I'm getting sick of looking at my brand new ACD without even being able to test it out.

It may just be an error on the main store page. The Apple Developer Connection page still lists 3-4 weeks.
