Yes, they all come with case and instructions. They are "preplayed" from ebgames, and they guarantee them. Looking at them they aren't brand new, but they do look like they should play fine (no major scratches).

I'm going to go over them with a industrial strength cleaner/polisher/scratch remover that Movie Gallery uses on their DVDs before mailing them. If there are any issues I'll work with whoever buys them.
