Hi,

I bought the lcd to fix up my cracked screen macbook pro. I see how to separate the complete screen display from the base, but would you know how to open up the screen assembly so can get replace the lcd? I haven't started yet, so it would be great to get some advice from all of you experts.

thanks!

Don't really know how to do it my self, but have a look at ifixit (http://www.ifixit.com) - it has lots of diagramed, step-by-step guides for fixing Mac products.

Good luck! :)

Hi,

I realize that maybe this should be posted in another forum, so sorry about that.

I checked ifixit, which does not have instructions to open up the display assembly. I was hoping that some of you had more experience with this.

Thanks so much!
