Is there a way to create a game board using Keynote? For example, you could have a multiple choice question with four answers. If the person would select A (and it's the wrong answer), the page would then go to a page that says something like: sorry, wrong answer. Please try again.

Just enable each answer as a link to a slide that would say "Sorry, Wrong Answer" or "Correct". So whenever the person clicks on that answer, it directs them to the appropriate slide. Then, make a button to the next question on that slide.
