Whenever these media events come around, I'll admit I try to predict the URL of the rumored service/product on Apple's website.
Usually, when I do this, I get the all too familiar 404 error with Apple's custom error page such as http://www.apple.com/nothing
Now, we all know that http://www.apple.com/music goes to the iTunes web page, so I was thinking about what http://www.apple.com/movies would yeild. Interestingly enough, you get a 403 error instead of a 404 meaning something is going to be there, its just hidden from view right now...Tomorrow perhaps?
Yes, I am well aware it could mean nothing because of an old symlink or disabled directory browsing...Or its just the silly directory all the movie trailers are stored in...

But within the code for a sample trailer...
<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">QT_WriteOBJECT_XHTML('http://images.apple.com/movies/universal/letsgotoprison/letsgotoprison-h.ref.mov','480','340','','controller','TRUE','target','myself','type','video/quicktime');</script>

It's like when Apple switched away from PowerPC and it no longer made sense to ponder about a PowerBook G5, they started posting links to apple.com/movies instead... I wonder what will be next.

Interesting find. It may not mean anything, but to someone who knows nothing about weather it could possibly be true or not, it's pretty cool :D
