Ok, so CoverFlow is great. What happened to the third party version? The functionality is identical! Did Apple buy coverflow? I can't imagine apple would step on the toes of its developers like this. I guess the same happened to konfabulator, but at least there's still a market out there.

With iTunes 7, the old coverflow has become, essentially, obsolete.

Apple may have bought the program and incorporated the intellectual property from Steel Skies. Or they hired the programmer. (most likely both)
 
Ok, awesome, that makes me happy. I'm glad Apple bought the IP. Makes me feel a little bit warmer inside. Good for the coverflow guys.
