First drag the file into the GB window and it will then be imported. To cut a bit off the beginning, hover over with you pointer till you get the Arrow + Bar symbol, then just drag it in.
If you want the tone to begin less abruptly you can click on the dropdown arrow where it says "new track" which will open the "track volume" setting and you can make a short uphill slope to begin the track.
