I think I heard some rumors about a way to start up the new G4s in OS9. Was I smoking something, or does such a thing exist. There are a couple of plug-ins that aren't available for ProTools in OSX that I can't live without. Well ... I could live without them, but my client wouldn't be so happy. :rolleyes:

Anyway, if anybody is aware of the solution, I would appreciate it a lot.

well macfixit said there was a replaceable boot rom code that was only available to special apple people. so i guess legally you cant do it but if you look in the right spots you can usually find just about anything.
