Clear artwork not working?

Hi, i'm trying to clear all my old artwork before getting the HQ iTunes stuff but when I select all then right click and select clear artwork all the artwork is still there. However when I choose a couple of songs at a time it foes work.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated,

This has already been covered. Please use the search feature next time. Highlight all songs > Get info > Check the box next to the blank artwork box > Hit "Okay" or "Apply". Depending on your library size, it could take awhile.
